Baby and Toddler Time

Stories, songs and fun. For parents, carers and children under three.

Every Tuesday Morning
11.00 – 12.00 noon

Baby and Toddler Time is runing throughout the summer. Themes during July - August 2010 include 'Pirate Party', Off to the Zoo' and 'Jing-a-ring: Scots Rhymes.'

Rhymetime

Rhymes and songs, prize draws, juice and snack. For parents, carers and children under three.

Rhymetime is now on the last Saturday of the month at Craigmillar Library. The first one will be on Saturday 31 July, 10.30 – 11.30am. The theme will be 'Teddy Bears' Picnic'.

Events and Outreach Work

Activities for children under 3. Parents or carers will be organised both in the library and elsewhere in the Craigmillar area as part of the projects outreach work.

Best Baby Book Parents

Best Baby Book Parents are involved in selecting a shortlist of Best Baby Books for 1 year olds. They choose 4 general baby books and 2 nursery rhyme books.

The books are toured around the local area and other parents are invited to vote on them to select 3 overall winners. The winning titles are made available in the Craigmillar Books for Babies Book Bag. Details of the winning titles are published in the newsletter.
